Weigh in Mondsy

NO change. Still at 135. I am very fustrated.

  1. You have lost 2 lbs since this started and that is a GREAT start, don't discount that!!! You have maintained that loss, so give yourself credit for that also!!! Drink your water and try to be active this week and try not to eat anything at least 2 hours before bedtime. :) We'll see some great results next week!

  2. Try changing up something Janell. You might be on a plateau.I know you lost some weight before you started this so your body might just be stalled out.
