walking

I plan to walk the track next to my house today. Atleast 2 miles. What do you do for exercise.

  1. I get my cardio by walking on the elliptical machine for at least 30 minutes 4-5 days per week. I am steadily increasing my time. This week is 35 mintues at a faster clip.
