First week weigh in

Well my goal for the first week was to lose five pounds, but I did not make it. I lost 2 lbs this week, which is definetly better than nothing. My goal for this week is to work a little bit harder and be a little bit more careful about what I eat and how much I exercise, hopefully I will be down a little more at weigh in next week.   1. I think a 2 lb loss for your first week is awesome and a very realistic goal. Just stay focused and you will continue to see very good results. Get that water in and try to do at least 30 minutes 3-4 times a week at least initially! You are doing GREAT!!!
