Goals

I am doing really well with drinking my water. Who knew drinking water would be so easy?!?
I am doing horrible at skipping meals. I think by the time I have found something for the kiddos to eat for lunch and get them all fed I just want out of the kitchen. But by the time dinner rolls around I am eating everything that doesn't move. Ugh.
So my goals for this week:
  1. Work much harder on not skipping meals
  2. Making healthy food choices

My weigh in day is tomorrow.

  1. Those sound like great goals! I admire you Mom's for juggling your schedules and families and work (whether that is in or out of the house) and everything that entails. I know it is exhausting!! You have my admiration and respect!!!
