Wednesday Weigh In

I am trying to put myself first! Apparently I'm not doing a very good job.........up .2 lbs.

I have ran 10 K so far this week..........need to be better about my strength training on T-TH-S.

Keep up the good work ladies!

  1. Stephanie you are doing awesome to have run a 10K this week!! So stop being so hard on yourself! And it is very hard to get the cardio and strength training all in. But you have done so good in your loss so far, you have to look at more than just this week's number on the scale. Don't get discouraged, you ARE doing great! Keep that focus and know you have our support! Thanks for your words of encouragement to me also!! :)
