Total Weight Loss 20.2 pounds

I think having my morning walks back have made all the difference in my life...LOL! They help my weight, they lift my spirits and I have bonding time with Quincy which is SO fun! :)

We all have 1 month left in this challenge. Let's see if we can't kick it up just a notch! :)
