"here"

i'm holding steady ... i've lost 3 pounds total ... but i'm pms'ing this week, so i'm not concerned about not losing any. i usually hold onto about 3 lbs the week before my period. hopefully i'll see weight loss on my next weigh in. *crossing my fingers*

my favorite healthy snacks are a) apples - i LOVE apples. i could eat them all day every day, and b) homemade granola. oh YUM!!

  2. 3lbs, that's incredible!!! You can lose weight anytime, even when PMSing, so don't focus on that! You just keep doing, what you've been doing. Don't slack off on the water or the exercise this week, even though you may not feel like it. It will make you feel better in the long run. Also, watch your sugar intake this week...it will only make you feel more sluggish. You'll be surprised....you'll see a loss next week! :)
