How is everyone doing?



Let's have a roll call of sorts!
Everyone that is still participating in our 20 Pounds in 3 months Challenge please leave a comment letting everyone know what your favorite healthy snack(s) is/are!

I will go first!
Mine are Kashi Oatmeal Dark Chocolate cookies, Apples, and steamed veggies!

  2. My Fav is sugar snap peas. They are healthy with all the crunch of a chip!! And if I polish off a whole bag in a day I don't feel guilty!!

  3. Since I'm doing low carb, I'd say my favorite snack is almonds, sunflower seeds, or pork rinds. Also, now for my sweet fix, I'll eat one or two of the Russell Stover sugar free candies.

  4. I'm still here.................though I have been missing in action. New time consuming, stress inducing church calling = no time for me!

    My favorite treat is Wawona Spectrum Blend frozen fruit. I eat it straight out of the freezer. (Great treat when it is soo blasted hot!)

    I need to get going if I am going to meet my goal! Thanks for the support Ladies!
