Monday Weigh in

Well, after putting myself through a rigorous exercise program last week, It has paid off.
Start Weight 137
Week 1-135
Week 2-136
Week 3-135
Week 4-135
Week 5-131.5
Frustration was apparently the tool I needed to get my rear in gear and bust a move. Anyway I guess not giving up was the better choice and using my frustration constructively worked. Thank you all for the support, encouraging words and listening to my crazy thoughts.
