discouraged.

So I have lost a total of 7.5 pounds but feel very discouraged. Had alot of things happen here recently so I feel down. I am going to start tomorrow with a new attitude and hopefully my weight loss will pick up.

  1. I am sorry you are down. I too am having some issues with that. I totally blew off my healthy eating for the last 4 days. It's time to pick ourselves up and try again. We need to re-commit to ourselves. We are trying to climb this really high (in my case 55 pounds of) mountain. We can't do it alone...nor can we do it with Mr. Negativity sneaking in. We can do this and we are worth at least trying. Just do one thing for your goal today. Whether it's drinking the dreaded water, or eating healthful meals, or going for a long walk. Small steps toward our goal will be better than nothing. Keep trying and we will kick this!!!! ((high five))

  2. I have gotten to the point where I have to just take things one day at a time. I have hit a wall myself.
    You can do it April. Just make good choices one day at a time.
