OK - Whatever. Edge, Ledge, etc. I'm Frustrated!
Someone please give me a good jump start boost.
I've been tracking everything that goes into my mouth.
I'm eating a balanced diet.
I cut out all soda and juice.
I limit carbs and sugar.
I watch portion size.
I don't feel deprived. (Meaning my cravings have subsided. Whoo hoo!)
I exercise.
My weight... has gone nowhere. It likes me. I should be thrilled. (yep, sarcasm.)
Help me, please.

Sounds like you are doing everything right...do you drink A LOT of water? Exercising an hour 6 days a week? Maybe your thyroid is wacked?? Keep trying...don't give up. Maybe your body is just easing into it??
ReplyDeleteGosh, I don't know Robyn. Maybe you need to switch things up a little. Maybe eat a tiny bit more and change what you so for exercise??
ReplyDeleteI might no drink enough water, but I get at least 48 oz a day from water alone. I also drink a lot of tea.
ReplyDeleteMy thyroid is slow, but I take Synthroid so it should balance it out.
I only exercise 4 days - so I'll bump that up to 6.

I think if you keep doing what you are doing, you will soon see some dramatic results. Your body is just adjusting to these changes. You are doing great!! Keep it up girl!!!
