Dana , you have the greatest ideas!! Thank you for making me accountable. Knowing I have eyes watching my progress gives me the motivation to get healthy and lose the baby weight. My first GOAL is to lose 10 lbs. Today I will send you the not so pleasant first weight picture and I will weigh in every monday.
I have been working out at Snap Fitness and have lost about 4lbs so far. By making better choices in the food I eat and exercising at least 3 times a week, I have noticed I feel better physically, I want to get up earlier and the best feeling of all, I feel HAPPY! The major change I have made, is cutting my portions in half. It has made such a big difference. I allow myself one treat a day. Such as a cookie, frozen yogurt, or a pastry. My son isn't allowed soda, so applied the rule to myself. These changes have made a big difference for me, so I hope it helps others.
