My Goal/ Wednesday Weigh-In

I got up early for my Weigh-In.

The number was very unpleasant.
(Dana, I will email you my photo today, after I get it uploaded.)

The number reminded me that it is
very, very, very important for my health
that I do this.


MY FIRST (well, goals)
will be....

.....drink my water!
....measure my portions!
....and maybe throw in a walk!

That's a good start!
