Wednesday Weigh In - 168

Ok, I'm up and I'm weighed. BARF! However, I am not as bad as I thought (I guess) and not as much as I was (yay!).

But, I have to say one thing .... It is hard to read the numbers on my scale (especially so early in the AM) - the line was below 170 and above 165, so I'm going to say 168. Hopefully in a few days it will go down and make my life easier when I read that thing!

Also, I measured myself and I have lost several inches from when I started my work out DVDs in May! YES!!!

That motivated me so much! I'm heading down there right now to slim it up!
