- Stop skipping meals. I am horrible when it comes to eating breakfast. I need to take the time to eat something in the morning so I can make better lunch choices, not just fast and easy and usually not good for me.
- Move more.
I have done pretty good with drinking my water. I just have to be where there is a bathroom...ALL THE TIME!
Tomorrow is my weigh-in day.
You really do need to eat breakfast because that will get your metabolism going for the rest of the day.
