Reality Sets In
Hi Dana: My first goal is to eat breakfast! I am notorious for skipping breakfast and then eating all the wrong food the rest of the day. I'm attempting to lose 20 lbs. so that is my challenge. I can't exercise much as I'm disabled, but I do my best. My husband sent the picture with my feet on the scale and that was an eye opener!
