Weigh-In
And again Thursday is upon us. I am down a couple of pounds from last week. I am excited because I didn't lose any the week before. That puts me at 8 lost so far. I have found that I lose only when I get in 45 minutes of exercise 6 days a week and drink my yucky water and watch my calorie intake. That is a lot to think about...but I am trying every day. I think that is all we can do.
